Becker's Hospital Review
This article is based on a session at the 2024 Â鶹ӳ» Forum and provides a high-level overview of the framework to advance organizational trustworthiness in health care. The article also summarizes Oak Street Health’s experience within Â鶹ӳ»'s prototyping network, which tested the three-step framework for repairing, building, and strengthening trust between health care organizations and clinicians, and between health care organizations and the communities they serve.
